1. Who runs this site

Mold Abatement Los Angeles is a mold abatement, remediation and removal referral service run by Cronin Tech Partners LLC (Texas, USA) and serving Los Angeles, California. Questions can go to info@moldabatementlosangeles.com.

2. What we collect

When you reach us by phone or text (SMS), we record the number you're contacting from, your name, and what your request is about — for instance the kind of mold or water-damage issue and the property address. There is no customer-facing web contact form on this site, and we do not knowingly gather sensitive personal information.

Our Work With Us page carries a short form for independent contractors who want to apply to collaborate. It is not a customer form: it only takes the name, contact details and professional background the applicant enters, used purely so we can weigh a possible working relationship, and never passed on beyond that review.

The site also logs anonymized, aggregated usage data (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) so we can gauge traffic and spot technical faults.

3. Why we use it

4. Who sees it

Your personal information is never sold.

5. How long we keep it

Contact details stay only as long as it takes to deal with your request, and never beyond 24 months from your last contact. Aggregated analytics are held for up to 14 months (Google Analytics).

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

As a California resident, you may:

To use any of these rights, write to info@moldabatementlosangeles.com. Exercising them never leads to different treatment.

7. Cookies and tracking

The site runs essential cookies plus Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized measurement. Our Cookie Policy spells out the detail and the opt-out.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to guard your information from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. That said, no internet transmission is ever fully secure, so any information you share carries that residual risk.
